Research factory for micro- and nanoelectronics

The Federal Ministry of Education and Research provides 350 million Euros for building a cross-institutional research factory for micro- and nanoelectronics. The joint initiative of Fraunhofer and Leibniz institutes aims to strengthen the position of the European semiconductor and electronics industry in this competitive global market.
