WISTA Working Environments: Our answer to “New Work”
Our new working environments and spaces in the Adlershof Technology Park are places for creative, interdisciplinary and collaborative work, with an exclusive and inspiring working atmosphere.
With a membership you gain access to a universe of knowledge, co-creation, talent and a large network, with the greatest possible flexibility for people and companies – whether it's a desk or an entire room – just for a day or longer.
We want to define a new way of working. We want to pave the way for new, disruptive ideas. At ST3AM Adlershof, a novel symbiosis of maker-, working- and convention space is being created on around 3,000 square metres.

Areas for focused working
In our focused work zones, the emphasis is on a quiet, feel-good atmosphere that promotes concentration, with small to medium-sized office units that invite creative and focused work. Numerous telephone booths and meeting boxes complement this area to reduce disturbances and distractions and enable effective meetings. Plants, natural colours and high-quality materials are part of the design concept.
Retreat and relaxation areas
To enable good working conditions and good community management, aspects that create a health-promoting atmosphere were taken into account in the design of the rooms. An ergonomically designed workspace is just the beginning, as it is also becoming increasingly important to strengthen mental health in the working process. Spaces with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, such as the "Mind Spa", make it possible to take a short break from the surrounding space and work and to find mental regeneration and relaxation.
Areas for exchange and collaboration
Collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship are encouraged through trust and encounters between people from different clusters or professions. Our meeting spaces, such as kitchens and lounges, swings and coffee corners, are characterised by an intelligent design that supports privacy while creating a sense of belonging and community. There is a pleasant atmosphere here that encourages people to interact and creative processes.
Spaces for talent development and (further) education
Innovation, creativity and inspiration are drivers of scientific and economic progress. That is why we bring people together in inspiring places to network and exchange ideas.
As diversity in all its various meanings is important for solving major challenges, education across the entire lifespan and tolerance are also important topics. With the WISTA Academy, we therefore offer a wide range of professional development and qualification programmes. Several rooms are dedicated to masterclasses that are used by trainers to help people and companies to be successful.
Inspiration and Maker Space
People interested in technology and young companies will find state-of-the-art technology in this area to develop and test new applications and projects. With integrated VR/AR studios and various 3D printers, all users will have a creative test environment for their digital projects. In addition, from September 2024, our makerspace will provide the necessary machines to work with materials such as metal, wood, polymers, etc.
This prototyping area also inspires enthusiasm for technology and new working and innovation methods among children and young people.
