Subsidiaries of WISTA

WISTA.Plan GmbH (formerly Adlershof Projekt GmbH) is a 100% subsidiary of WISTA Management GmbH. It is the urban development agency of the State of Berlin for the development areas Berlin-Johannisthal/Adlershof and “Former Köpenick Goods Station”. Its expertise is also in demand in other projects of the State of Berlin.

The WISTA.Service GmbH (former: AFM GmbH) is responsible for the commercial, technical and infrastructural management of buildings and properties on the premises of the Science and Technology Park in Berlin Adlershof. It also offers its services to other companies and institutions located in the City of Science, Business and Media.
