Compliance with internationally recognized quality standards for aerospace and defense technology confirmed

AEMtec GmbH, a member company of exceet Technology Group, has earned internationally recognized certification under EN 9100. This certification, carried out by Swiss-based SQS, requires an especially high standard of quality management. In gaining EN 9100 certification, AEMtec demonstrates its special competence for clients from the aerospace and defense industries.  

EN 9100 certification lets businesses show that they satisfy maximum requirements regarding process quality, security and reliability. Companies seeking certification must also fulfill a wide range of additional demands that guarantee long-term product availability and usability, and meet criteria for associated services such as product documentation. SQS has confirmed that AEMtec already attains very high methodology levels in implementing these requirements.

This type of certification, developed specifically for the aerospace and defense industries, is based on the general quality management standard EN ISO 9001. In technology terms, it is equivalent to similar norms in the US and Asia, meaning that internationally active clients also benefit from the new AEMtec certification. Certification is conducted exclusively by accredited, independent third parties, in this case by SQS (Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems). AEMtec is now listed in the online database of IAQG (OASIS Database) as a supplier specially suited to the needs of aerospace and defense contractors.
