Industrial exhibition EOSAM 2014 in Berlin Adlershof

European Optical Society proudly welcomes optics and photonics professionals to its bi-annual conference, the EOSAM 2014 in Berlin. The four-day conference, industrial exhibition (and much more) is expected to gather over 700 people from Europe and all over the world to the high-tech park Adlershof in the south-east of the German capital from the 16th to the 19th of September 2014.

The scientific chair of the conference will be Dr. Rainer Schuhmann of Berliner Glas KGaA, a former president of the German Society for applied optics, DGaO. Topical meetings will be held on Guided-Wave Optics; Silicon Photonics; Optical System Design and Tolerancing; Biophotonics and Medical Optics; Metamaterials, Photonic Crystals and Plasmonics: Fundamentals and Applications; Optics for Cinematography and Video; Energy Harvesting and Organic Photonics; Active and Adaptive Optics; Frontiers in Optical Metrology; Diffractive Optics; and Special session for partners in an EU project to disseminating their results.
